I thought it was great, especially the little references to the movie such as the budget thing and "I'm on a surfboard for some reasoooooon"

Absolutely great. LOVED the guitar mix of the chemical plant zone and stuff, Really well made, good story, although a prequel would be good? (unless you've already explained somewhere else how tails died)
Just a few problems, but nothing crucial:
Just a typo in the intro, and where did those trees go ? :S
Anyways. Never mind, because the flash overall was great.

And a few people have already pointed that tree thing out and it was the blast from Mecha Sonic that cut the tops off. You are, however, the first person to point out a typo. Good eye!

Audio was good, Very artistic and very... Gory :o
The only thing I can say is, I don't know if it was intentional, but you spelled "disaster" as "desaster". Apart from that, a good flash.

Real good! just a few pointers-
1: a bit too long for my liking, sorry. Good for people who are trying to build up arm muscle though! :D
2: Maybe you should post instructions to make your webcam show up, as mine didn't but in case you don't post them, I will now:
If your webcam doesn't show, right click the flash, press settings, then click the webcam icon, and choose yours from the list.
That worked for me, anyway.

I'm giving this 10 because it's really addictive, fun, and the animation, sounds and concept is spot-on. You really don't need to improve this at all!
Plus, I love the way the gun bobs up and down when its about to shoot- creates tension!
